Join us at Turner Contemporary for free workshops to help parents, carers and educators learn various creative activities to deliver at home.

Accessibility: The Foyle Rooms are located on the ground floor of the gallery and are wheelchair and buggy accessible, with step free access. There will be space to store buggies at the event.  This event is being organised by Turner Contemporary, Thanet Children’s Centres, Millmead Children’s Centre and the Margate Early Learning Community, with support from Save the Children. During the event, you and your family will have the opportunity to take part in a range of crafting activities inspired by our current exhibition by Ingrid Pollards where are Engagement Assistants have created fun, simple activities including marble painting, creating your own family tree and rock painting. You will also receive a craft kit to take home.

Please note, some activities will involve using materials such as paint and glue, so we would advise that children wear clothes that are ok to get messy.
