Patchwork Cushion Workshop with Margo Selby
A free-style "my way" patchwork workshop, led by Margo Selby, in celebration of the Gee's Bend Quilts featured in We Will Walk - Art and Resistance in the American South.

Improvisation and creative response to the available materials is encouraged, and you are also welcome to bring along pre-prepared designs or sources of inspiration if you wish. Some basic sewing machine experience will be necessary to participate.
Margo Selby currently also has an exhibition on in Turner Contemporary’s cafe. TESSELLATION 2020 is an installation of 6 unique hand woven panels from Margo’s ongoing TESSELLATION series, to coincide with the gallery’s main exhibition We Will Walk – Art and Resistance in the American South.
