Jobs & opportunities

At Turner, we believe in the power of art to transform lives, enrich communities, and inspire change. Since opening in 2011, we’ve become one of the UK’s most celebrated galleries, playing a key role in Margate’s vibrant culture. As a registered charity, our bold and ambitious artistic programme reaches far beyond the walls of our award-winning gallery, earning us global recognition.

We are dedicated to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone—staff, visitors, and artists alike—feels valued and inspired. Whether front of house or behind the scenes, we offer diverse opportunities for people from all backgrounds to be part of our dynamic team.
