Turner Contemporary is a registered charity, regulated by the Charities Commission. We depend on donations to present exceptional exhibitions, events, and experiences that inspire and enrich the lives of a broad and diverse audience.

We are managed by a Board of Trustees, who delegate the day-to-day running of the gallery to the Director. The Director, currently Clarrie Wallis, is responsible to the Board for the general exercise of the Board’s functions. The Director is assisted by a Senior Leadership Team in setting strategic direction for Turner Contemporary.
