Our event spaces are conceived as calm, light-filled environments that adapt to your vision. Together, they offer a natural progression from ceremony to celebration, with the shifting sea and sky providing an ever-changing backdrop throughout the day.

Foyle Rooms

Light-filled rooms opening directly onto a completely private waterfront balcony. An elegant setting for dining and dancing overlooking the horizon, and also available for wedding ceremonies.

Clore Studio

A flexible first-floor space with sea views, well-suited to intimate ceremonies or quiet moments within the day.

Sunley Gallery

A striking double-height gallery immersed in contemporary art and architecture. An unforgettable setting for welcome drinks or a cocktail hour, defined by scale, light, and atmosphere.

The Terrace

An outdoor platform with sweeping beachfront views, framed by the iconic David Chipperfield–designed building. Ideal for relaxed post-ceremony drinks as the sky and sea begin to transform.

We work with a carefully selected group of approved caterers, chosen for their creativity, quality and shared commitment to seasonal, locally sourced ingredients. Together, they offer a wide range of styles — giving you the freedom to shape the food around your tastes and the atmosphere you want to create.

From relaxed grazing tables and generous feasting menus to refined, fine-dining experiences, you can choose an approach that feels right for your day. Menus are shaped by the season, with Kentish produce and coastal influences — including options such as Whitstable oysters — bringing a clear sense of place to your celebration.
