A grounding blend of breathwork, intuitive movement and somatic awareness to support inner reconnection.

A spacious, nourishing somatic session inviting you to soften into awareness, unwind held patterns, and rediscover clarity through the subtle language of the body

About the Workshop

This workshop invites you to return to the body through a trauma-informed somatic journey. The session weaves floor work, breathwork, micro-movement medicine, bilateral movement, intuitive patterning and an intentional dance journey to support emotional expression and embodied self-awareness.

You will be encouraged to move at your own pace as you explore the subtle language of the body — noticing where patterns live, how emotions move, and what shifts when you allow yourself to soften, release and come home to your physical form.

Rooted in therapeutic understanding and embodied practice, this session offers a deeply nourishing space to land more fully in yourself, uncover hidden layers, and reconnect with inner clarity and presence. No experience is required.
