A joyful family-friendly pop-up celebrating independent makers, creative kidswear, and sustainable design.

Curated by Broadstairs-based family store Kinder Collective, this two-day market brings together a thoughtful selection of ethical brands, artists and craft-makers offering kindly made clothing, handmade and upcycled pieces and design-led goods for children and families.

Children (age 5+) can also take part in a series of hands-on creative workshops with Chillie Kids Club, exploring upcycling and reimagining clothing in a relaxed, playful setting.

Whether you book a workshop or simply fancy a browse, Turn the Tide is an opportunity to discover your new favourite slow style brands for kids, while celebrating creativity, community and conscious living for curious kids.

About Kinder Collective

Kinder Collective is a consciously curated family store by the sea, founded in 2023 by Rebecca Gonsalves (The Independent and Grazia) and Francesca Fox (MATCHESFASHION.COM), two mothers with backgrounds in the fashion industry who wanted to create a more meaningful way for families to shop. Based in Broadstairs on the Kent coast, the store brings together a thoughtful edit of responsibly made products that balance style, sustainability and playfulness, while championing independent brands.

From preloved children’s clothing and ethically produced independent brands to books that celebrate diversity and inspire children to care for the world around them, planet-kind toys and thoughtfully chosen gifts, Kinder Collective is built with kindness and intention. Kinder Collective champions circular fashion and conscious consumption, supporting small makers while nurturing a more joyful, responsible approach to family life.
