A nourishing seasonal feast inspired by the six Ayurvedic tastes, crafted for connection, warmth and winter wellbeing.

About the Event

The Ayurvedic Winter Supper Club is a warm, sociable dining experience bringing people together through nourishing vegetarian food and the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda. Rooted in seasonal eating and community connection, this supper club celebrates local producers while inviting guests to tune into nature’s rhythms during the colder months.

This is dining with intention: a relaxed atmosphere where conversation flows and every dish supports balance, vitality and pleasure. The menu features vibrant sharing plates inspired by the six Ayurvedic tastes — sweet, sour, salty, bitter, pungent and astringent — combined in creative ways to ignite the senses and nourish body and mind.

Expect a unique winter feast, beautiful flavours, and a joyful evening honouring food as medicine, ritual and community.

Please inform the team of any allergies, intolerances or dietary restrictions before attending. Dishes are prepared with care, but the kitchen may handle common allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, seeds and spices. An allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.
Your advance communication allows accommodations to be made wherever possible.

About Jodey & Sara

Friends connected by a shared love of nourishment, creativity and seasonal living, Ayurvedic Practitioner Jodey Simmonds and Swedish chef Sara Ratcliffe bring their complementary expertise to this special dining experience.

Jodey, founder of Inner Farmacy, trained under Dr. Vasant Lad at The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico. She specialises in women’s health, emotional balance and nutrition, guiding clients back to wellbeing through Ayurvedic therapies and seasonal practice.

Sara is a chef and creative based in Margate, known for co-founding Hackney’s beloved Cooper & Wolf café and for her work nurturing Margate’s Tom Thumb Theatre. She now co-owns Afterparty, where her family-recipe Swedish cinnamon buns are baked each day.
