Join celebrated facialist and Sifali founder Jaya Nila alongside rising UK artist Ella More for an intimate afternoon exploring self-care through ritual and creative expression.
What to Expect
2pm: Arrival and welcome refreshment
2.30–4pm: Guided Gua Sha Workshop
Learn traditional facial massage techniques as you discover how ancient practices can be incorporated into modern self-care rituals in this hands-on session, focusing on mindful touch and presence.
4–5pm: Creative Conversation
An intimate discussion between Jaya and Ella exploring how wellness and artistic expression intersect in their practices, from skincare rituals to songwriting process, with a Q&A segment at the end.
Your Hosts
Sheila Lam is a Canadian-Vietnamese writer whose global perspective informs her cultural commentary. She is the Editor of Faculty Department and her work has appeared in Wallpaper*, Architectural Digest, Complex, and Travel+Leisure, exploring the intersections of place, identity, and creative expression.
Jaya Nila founded Sifali in 2019, combining her background in Indian and Japanese massage with a holistic approach to skincare. Her client collaborations include Adidas, Nike, Warner Music, and ASOS. Press includes British Vogue, US Vogue, Wonderland and Hypebae.
Ella More is a London-based singer-songwriter whose experimental pop sound has earned features in Spotify's Fresh Finds, BBC 1Xtra's UK Touchdown Tour, and recognition in Wonderland Magazine's 2024 "Ones To Watch."
