Experience total immersion; sound, smell, touch and taste, in this multi-sensory slow yoga session.
The session will feature dynamic and warming yoga by Katya with ambient tracks mixed by James. Following the yoga there will be a gong and sound bath for sonic immersion and meditation. There will be diffusers with essential oils & Palo Santo.
Please note:
- The floor is concrete. Bringing your own mats, blankets or cushions for comfort is advised.
- A small number of mats are available. Let the team know in advance.
- Tickets can be cancelled and refunded up to 48 hours beforehand, otherwise they will be transferred to the next event.
- If you have an aversion to smells, let the team know and they'll place you accordingly.
