About the Event
Thixotropia is a 90-minute somatic journey into the fascia — the body’s fluid connective tissue — guided through movement, touch and immersive sound. Movement practitioner Emily Robinson and illustrator–DJ Ellie Graham lead you through breathwork, gentle self-massage, free movement and meditative soundscapes to help you tune into the subtle, psychedelic layers of your inner scaffolding.
The session moves from grounding and breath, into fascia-focused bodywork, improvisational movement, and a final moment of group reflection with optional journalling. This is a soft, curious space to explore sensation, connect with the body, and experience movement as a living, shifting landscape. No experience required — all bodies welcome.
Ticket includes a Botanical Infusion upon welcome.
Suitable for ages 18+
