A powerful embodied workshop blending self-enquiry, active meditation and mindful movement to support emotional clarity, release and reset.

About the Event

The Deep Reset is an immersive, embodied workshop created for anyone ready to explore long-held patterns and gently shift towards greater freedom, clarity and self-trust.

The event is a collaborative offering from holistic wellbeing coach and trainee therapist Ronnie Traynor, alongside Claire Baker of Cloudzen. Facilitated by Ronnie, the session weaves together self-enquiry, somatic awareness, intentional movement and a Kundalini-inspired active meditation.

Participants are supported to recognise the habits, coping strategies and emotional cycles that influence how they move through their lives. Through a carefully held movement-to-stillness arc, the workshop invites a softening of protective layers, the release of stored emotion, and the opportunity to meet difficult insights with compassion rather than fear or judgement.

Expect breakthroughs you can feel, moments of release, and subtle yet profound shifts in perspective. Guests often leave feeling lighter, clearer and more connected to themselves, carrying practical tools they can return to long after the session ends.

Suitable for ages 18+
