A gentle winter journey blending a soothing yoga practice with a hands-on creative Imbolc workshop.
About the Event
Yoga & Mindful Creativity invites participants into a flowing yet accessible mat-based yoga session held in a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment. Movements can be adapted to all levels of experience and ability, guided through a grounding winter flow inspired by the cyclical tradition of Imbolc — marking the early stirrings of spring.
After the yoga practice, the group transitions into a quiet, contemplative creative activity. Participants will craft a mindful piece of art honouring the themes of Imbolc, weaving a simple Brigid cross using natural materials such as sticks and wool, accompanied by gentle, restorative music. No artistic experience is required — just curiosity and a willingness to explore.
The session closes with a deep relaxation to soothe the nervous system and cultivate inner calm.
Please wear comfortable clothing, and bring a blanket or warm layer.
Suitable for 16+
