Sound bath with energy healing practitioners

Join us on 16 August for a deeply immersive, multi-sensory sound experience.

This sound bath, guided by experienced energy healing practitioners, works with the subtle energetic body—supporting release, balance, and restoration beneath the surface.

Designed to quiet mental noise and ease physical tension, the session invites you into a state of deep rest and recalibration.

Sound therapist and multidisciplinary practitioner Eleanor Yankah leads the second of three immersive experiences, using principles of resonance, harmonic entrainment, and sustained frequency to guide participants into progressively deeper states of relaxation.

Each 90-minute session weaves together a live sound bath—featuring Himalayan singing bowls, crystal quartz bowls, gong, chimes, drone instruments, shruti, and voice—with a complementary practice led by guest facilitators.

Fully accessible and requiring no prior experience, these sessions are available exclusively through Turner Contemporary.

Dissolve forms part of Slow Sundays—an ongoing series of immersive gatherings, wellbeing workshops, and shared experiences. Inspired by Margate’s long-standing connection to rest and renewal, each event offers a gentle invitation to slow down, be present, and explore.

About Eleanor Yankah

Eleanor Yankah is a sound therapist and multidisciplinary practitioner whose work centres on the therapeutic use of frequency, resonance and harmonic sound to support nervous-system regulation and emotional balance. A dedicated and continuing student of this field, her commitment to the modality has taken her to trainings in Indonesia, India and across Europe. She also draws from Ayurveda, breathwork and energy work, and her sessions are designed to be restorative and inclusive regardless of prior experience.
