Proposals

At Turner Contemporary, we welcome ideas and proposals for exhibitions and public programme events. While most of our exhibitions and commissions are developed through direct invitations to artists and collaborators, we also accept submissions from individuals and organisations with compelling proposals.

Submitting a proposal

If you have a proposal you’d like us to consider, please complete the form below. You are encouraged to include a supporting document (PDF or Word) with images, visuals, or further details that help communicate your idea.

Please include the following in your proposal submission:

  • A clear description of your idea or project
  • Supporting documents or visuals (optional but encouraged)
  • Your contact details
  • A self-addressed envelope (SAE) if you would like materials returned
Submit proposal

Review Process

All proposals will be acknowledged upon receipt and reviewed by our internal panel. Due to the high volume of submissions, it may take up to three months for us to make a decision. We will contact you if further information is needed.
