Drawing your breath
When we’re feeling overwhelmed, sometimes it helps to just concentrate on our breathing. In this guided drawing activity, draw along to your breathing to get into the flow and relax.
You will need: an A3 piece of paper, and a choice of colour pens or pencils.
Warm up
Join in with this warm up and let your stress float away. You may want to stand up for this warm up and make a bit of space around you.
Activity
Now you have warmed up, gather your materials and take a comfortable seat. In this activity, you’ll be guided through drawing your breath; try to concentrate on the activity, and if you find your mind drifting, use your breath to pull yourself back.
