Enquiry Form
We look forward to welcoming you to the gallery. Prior to making a bookings enquiry, please note:
- Groups entering the gallery should be kept to a maximum of 33 (plus accompanying adults), unless you’ve already contacted the gallery confirming a larger group visit. In the exhibition space we ask that you divide your groups to sizes no larger than 15 (plus accompanying adults) when navigating the gallery.
- We are unable to always provide a designated lunch space, however you are able to eat in areas outside of the main exhibition spaces if there is availability. Please let us know if you are planning to have lunch on-site when filling out the visit enquiry form in the additional information box and we will try our best to accommodate space.
- Please ensure you have received a booking confirmation in advance of your visit. Submitting the visit enquiry form is not a confirmation of booking.
Group sizes
- Our workshops can be adapted to suit large group sizes.
- If you are a group of 90 students, please aim to book your visit for a Tuesday or Wednesday during the summer months and either Wednesday or Thursday during the winter months.
- If you are a booking of 120, please get in contact directly with edbookings@turnercontemporary.org before completing a form.
We hold public liability insurance to the value of £10,000,000.
