Uncover the science behind photography

Using analogue DIY camera obscuras, explore the fundamental processes of photography and compose self-portraits in response to the exhibition.

These free drop-in workshops are led by our Engagement Assistants in the Clore Learning Studio. The guideline age is 12 years and under. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

During busy times there might be a short wait while we clear up the chalk and de-dust ready for you have a turn.
