We are excited to present Everybody With Me, Always, a film created by Freestylers. This film will be screened in our Foyle Rooms, Thursday 16 – Sunday 19 February 2023, 10am – 5pm.
The film follows the Freestylers through the making, performing and growing of this live work, and as a final chapter in this journey.
Everybody With Me, Always was a CONTINUOUS x Unlimited commission that saw Freestylers go on a UK tour for the first time across 2021 and 2022 – journeying to Goldsmiths CCA, London; Tramway, Glasgow; BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art, Gateshead; and Bluecoat, Liverpool.
Everybody With Me, Always has a runtime of 41 minutes
Freestylers made a film last year. We ask ourselves where does confidence come from? What are Freestylers all about? How do we manage loss, and how do we make changes? We are on a journey together making more and more connections.

CONTINUOUS Network
CONTINUOUS is a partnership project between BALTIC Centre for Contemporary Art (Gateshead) and Siobhan Davies Studios (London). The project seeks to advance the creation, presentation and development of audiences for experimental independent contemporary dance within visual arts contexts. This is the first collaboration of its kind in the UK, and recognises the need to enhance the dialogue between contemporary dance and visual arts.
The partnership has expanded to form the CONTINUOUS Network which incorporates institutions around the country. These include galleries Bluecoat (Liverpool), Nottingham Contemporary, The Tetley (Leeds), Tramway (Glasgow) and Turner Contemporary (Margate), and dance organisations Dance4 (Nottingham) and Yorkshire Dance (Leeds).
Previous presentations at Turner Contemporary have included Spirit Compass, a live dance installation choreographed by Lucy Suggate, and Satelliser: dance for the gallery, a two-day live performance choreographed by J Neve Harrington and co-workers.
