Get to grips with large format photography with documentary photographer Edward Thompson.
Have you experienced the process of large-format photography?
Do you want an original one-off portrait shot of yourself, family or friends?
Step back in time and join us for this unique workshop with documentary photographer Edward Thompson this Easter holiday.
What to expect:
- Each ticket gives you a 15-minute session. You’ll get to make 2 black and white portraits on large format positive photographic paper using a snazzy large format camera.
- If you want to get more involved, there’ll also be the chance for you to become the photographer of your group, with assistance from Edward.
- The photographic paper will be whisked away and taken to be developed at The Margate School. We’ll send your images directly to your home. Development of pictures and post is included in the ticket price.
This is an analogue process, results may vary, and that’s why it’s great!
