MOP - Evening Chef in Residence @ Louie On Sea
Louie On Sea
After a sold-out supper club with us in September, local Chef Morgan Brooks’ MOP returns to Louie On Sea for a 4-week evening residency.
Mixing tastes, techniques, spices and sauces from all his favourite cuisines, he creates rich, naughty and innovative small plates.
Perfect for mopping up with a salty paratha.
About Mop
MOP is all about merging seasonal British produce, with techniques, flavours and dishes from all around the world.
Creating rich, indulgent, innovative and naughty fusion small plates.
Perfect for mopping up with a flaky paratha.
Our residency at Louie On Sea, within Margate’s Turner Contemporary, will be a relaxed a la carte small plates menu of saucy dishes, made to be affordable, mixed and shared!
I love cooking and eating so many different cuisines, and I think this really shows in the food I like to cook.
I really enjoy mixing dishes from different cultures with flavours and ingredients that are traditional to other’s. Hopefully this inspires people to try new cuisine, and appreciate different cultural cooking from outside our own.
I try to make all my dishes look gorgeous, and represent something people will recognise, but with an exciting twist!
