Saturdays and Sundays from 23 July - 25 September 2022

Turner Contemporary Rendezvous, Margate, Kent CT9 1HG

Limited capacity.

Every weekend we will be running creative workshops for families, inspired by ideas and artwork from our exhibition, Ingrid Pollard: Carbon Slowly Turning.

Workshops will take place every weekend, with the theme alternating between the below two options:

CYANOTYPES

Inspired by Ingrid Pollard’s experimental photographic practice, come and create your very own cyanotype! Cyanotypes are one of the oldest photographic processes that uses light, water, shadows and special light-sensitive paper to create beautiful blue artworks.

Wallpaper Stamps

Inspired by Ingrid Pollard’s wallpaper on Turner Contemporary’s Balcony, create your very own print stamp using the traditional printing technique of Lino Printing. Your unique stamp will be printed  onto the collective wallpaper which will grow and develop throughout the session.

Family session for all ages. Under 12s must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

All sessions are drop in 1-4pm
