This activity has been inspired by Ed Clark, an artist who pushed the boundaries of painting. He was described as a ‘pioneer’ which means someone who is not afraid to try new things. In the late 1950’s, Clark developed a technique called ‘The Big Sweep’ with the use of a push broom. Harnessing his spirit, we invite you to experiment and create your own unique brush strokes using the various ‘tools’ provided in the session.
Suitable for 5 years and above. Anyone under the age of 12 needs to be accompanied by an adult.
